Starchildren was a little thing on the side for Billy Corgan between 1990 and 1994. This track is, apparently, the only original track recorded by the band – many of the tracks they played during their live shows later became Smashing Pumpkins songs. They also did a cover of “Isolation” by Ian C. & The Jaydees for the tribute album A Means To An End.
Catherine and Starchildren shared a couple of band members. As far as I know there are no other recordings by this band.
