shame on antwerp

17 years ago, antwerp city hall told the people who lived in this building to get out, because they were going to build something else there instead. since then, the house has been empty but nothing has been built in its place. the graffiti says: city of antwerp shame on you! you disowned this house and have let it decay for 17 years!
